The answer depends on the products you have ordered.
The short answer is in stock orders (all general party products) are usually processed within 1-2 working days, plus delivery, orders with backorder quanties/out of stock items (usually selected ribbons, confectionery and favour boxes) are processed within 5-10 working days (see below for more information).
Once dispatched please allow 1-2 days for delivery. 99% of orders are delivered next working day, some go to a second day. If you do not receive your order within this time frame, something is wrong and we would ask you to contact either the courier with the tracking number or ourselves.
Generally there are 2 types of product lead times from our online store :
1. Products which can only be purchased from our current stock:
The quantity in stock is show on the product description page. You can only order the available quantity. Our website will not allow you proceed to the checkout if your order contains more than the available stock.
Orders which contain only in stock products are usually dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 working days. Please allow a further 1-2 working for the courier to deliver. We encourage you to write the event date in the notes section at the checkout so we can monitor the status of the order.
2. Products which can be backordered:
This is mainly reserved for certain ribbons, favour boxes and confectionery. We allow backordering on these products because in order to offer such a large selection of colours and widths we cannot hold all types in stock or large quantities. Please see the individual product page where you will see any available stock listed and a note at the very top stating that the product can be backordered. We strongly recommend you write your required date in the notes section on the checkout page so we can monitor the progress of your order. Please allow 5-10 working days from orders containing backorder quantities to ship.
